Shipping policy

At LAMY, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below:

•    Shipping Method: All orders placed with LAMY are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express

•    Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is calculated at the checkout. 

•    Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available once the minimum order value for your selected market is reached. (440 YEN (only for JP), 100€/$.  The applicable threshold and currency will be displayed automatically in the checkout. 

•    Processing Time: Orders typically require a processing time of up to 48 hours before being shipped out. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items for safe transit.

•    Shipping Destination: Currently, we only ship within Japan. However, LAMY has an online shop for almost all countries.
