Shipping policy

● All domestic orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners.

● Shipping is free for domestic orders above ₹1000 (inclusive of taxes). For orders below ₹1000, a shipping charge of ₹100 (inclusive of taxes) will apply.

● Each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

● We make every effort to ship all items in a single order together. However, if any product is unavailable at the time of dispatch, the order may be shipped in parts.

● Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

Important Notes:
● If a package is found to be tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us at the contact details below.

● Any discrepancy or tampering not reported within 48 hours of receiving the package will not be eligible for claim, and FCE Lifestyles Private Limited. will not be held liable.

● All products are dispatched with careful packaging to ensure safe delivery.
