Spare parts can be ordered for all LAMY writing instruments available in our portfolio. The delivery time for spare parts is 30 days.
For repairs, please contact us at service@lamyshop.ro, where we ask you to provide detailed information about the problem with your LAMY writing instrument.
You can send your writing instrument for repair as soon as the service department has confirmed that you can make the delivery, to the following address:
