www.lamy.com/ro-ro guarantees free repair of its products in the event of any material defects or manufacturing errors within 24 months from the date of purchase. Exceptions apply to damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
Warranty regulations
To benefit from the warranty, you must present the product together with a proof of purchase (invoice) or proof of payment (receipt, cash register receipt, payment order, etc.). If problems occur during the warranty period offered by the manufacturer, we invite you to contact us to resolve the situation. In this case, the product will be brought into conformity by repair or replacement with an identical or similar product. The maximum time limit for resolving warranty claims is 15 days, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 and the legal regulations in force at the time of sale.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Defects of any kind resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use of the product.
Defects caused by accidents, fire, physical abuse, incorrect handling, negligence in use, animal attacks, alterations or modifications of the product’s original condition.
Defects caused in cases of indirect or accidental damage, caused or declared to have been caused directly or indirectly.
The warranty is void in the following situations:
The conditions of use and storage are not respected.
Unauthorized interventions have been carried out on the structure or surface of the product.
External impacts, scratches or other external defects occur, which may lead to optical or physical non-conformity of the product.
Loss of the proof of purchase or payment document.
Improper maintenance and use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
In the case of an unjustified warranty claim, we reserve the right to request from the customer the cost of the workmanship for investigating the product reported as defective.
