  • We only deliver within Canada.
  • All products are delivered from our warehouse in Woodbridge, Ontario.

  • All products are delivered via Canada Post or, upon request, using UPS courier service.

  • All orders over $120.00 are delivered freight prepaid.

  • Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the address verified.

  • We endeavour to ship your orders within 2-3 business days; however, sometimes there may be delays due to items being temporarily out of stock.

  • Items will be delivered to the delivery address shown in your confirmation.

  • Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You will be able to track this online at www.ups.com or at CanadaPost.ca, depending on which level of service you chose.

  • A delivery signature is required. You will need to make sure that someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

  • All deliveries to you are insured by us; upon signing upon receipt our shipping and insurance liability ceases.
