Payment, shipping and returns

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping

  • $8.99 within Australia for standard delivery
  • FREE standard delivery for orders over $80 (after any discounts applied)

Shipping upgrades available:

Express Shipping options are available for $13.99.

Preimum Shipping options are available for $14.99.

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) but not on weekends or public holidays.
Fully paid orders will usually be dispatched within three business days. However, please note there may be some dispatch delays during busy order periods such as Christmas or when we run a sale.
After dispatch, please allow up to 10 business days with standard delivery by Australia Post. To guarantee next-day dispatch for orders placed on weekdays, please select Express Shipping (available for Australian orders only).

How do I track my order?

We supply Australia Post with your e-mail address so 'tracking advice' emails can be sent to you for you to be able to track your parcel. You will get an email update when your parcel is scanned by Australia Post as “arriving at a dispatch centre” and then as “delivered” or being “available for collection”. Your email address is not held or distributed by Australia Post or any other third party.
Tracking numbers are sent in your Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in your email.

Standard Delivery – Australia Post

We use Australia Post e-Parcel delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days. Depending on distance from the CBD, allow an extra day or two for outer suburbs and regional areas.
This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel during business hours. Alternatively, provide a PO Box address.
If nobody is available, a collection card will be left with details to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for. There may be redelivery charges if you aren’t available to sign for your parcel.

Express Post – Australia Post

This service is next day delivery to all Australian capital cities provided orders are placed before 11am AEST Monday- Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note, regional areas may not be a next day service and only Perth 6000 is guaranteed next day. All suburbs of Perth should expect a two-day delivery.
We use Australia Post e-Parcel EXPRESS delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Estimated delivery times can be found here.
The cost for this service is $13.90.
This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel during business hours. Alternatively, provide a PO Box address.
If nobody is available, a collection card will be left with details to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for. There may be redelivery charges if you aren’t available to sign for your parcel.

Payment methods

To make shopping with LAMYSHOP.com as convenient as possible, we offer two secure payment methods:

  1. Credit card – we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX
  2. PayPal – you will need an existing PayPal account

There are no transaction fees for either payment option.

Interested in a corporate order

For larger corporate orders we may be able to arrange payment via invoice and bank deposit. Please contact us on service@lamyshop.com.au to discuss this option.

Return policy

Our Simple 60 Day Return Policy - Exchanges and Refunds

Not 100% sure of what you would like? We want you to be completely happy with your LAMY products, so your purchase from LAMYSHOP Australia automatically includes a 60-day exchange/refund option. You can receive a refund or exchange for something else within 60 days of purchase.

Refunds

Your refund will be made to your original payment method. If your refund is due to change of mind, it will be for the item(s), not for the original postage costs, unless your item was damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

You are welcome to change your mind but you will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to our Melbourne office. You may also need to pay for postage again if it was below the 'free shipping' threshold.

Important:

  • Returns are not available on items purchased with e-gift cards, sale items, bulk purchases, or customised items (unless damaged or faulty).
  • We need any returned items need to be in perfect, unused condition complete with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact before returning it.
  • LAMYSHOP cannot be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit, which is why returns must be sent via registered post.

How to make a return

If, for whatever reason, you would like to exchange your purchase for another LAMY product, simply login to your LAMYSHOP account to lodge a return request.
You will receive an authorised email from us. Then simply pack your items and return to the address supplied (Warehouse 2, 25-29 Paramount Road, West Footscray, VIC 3012). Easy!
