Return

You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods you ordered. Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it is not possible to exchange items. In this case, please return the goods and place a new order.

Important note:

The return address is not the same as our company headquarters or the address given in the legal notice. Please only send returns using the return process described above. Shipments sent to Lamy independently cannot be processed or refunded. Personalised writing instruments cannot be exchanged.

Request a return slip:

1. Click on the following link to open the contact form or use the form below.
2. Select ‘Questions about your online order’ from the form.
3. Enter your order number
4. Request your return slip and briefly tell us why you are returning the item
5. Then click on ‘Submit’
6. You will receive your return slip by email shortly. You can use this to return the item free of charge.

How to return an item:

1. If possible, place the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
2. Attach the top part of the return slip to the outside of the return parcel so that it is clearly visible.
3. Then drop off the parcel at a DHL parcel shop of your choice.

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the goods. After checking your return, the amount will be refunded automatically. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
