LAMY Shop extends the warranty period by an entire year from 2 to 3 years!

The free repair of any possible material or manufacturing defect is valid for 3 years from the purchase date in the case of purchases from LAMY.com, excluding damage caused by improper handling and natural wear and tear.

The warranty covers manufactures defects for a period of two years if purchased from an authorized LAMY retailer with a copy of the dated purchase invoice or receipt.

Items that are engraved or imprinted are not eligible for returns. These items are still covered under our standard three-year warranty program for repairs.

Please include a dated copy of your receipt or invoice to access the LAMY warranty.

If your pen or the damage to your writing instrument is not covered under the warranty, we will contact you with an estimate prior to making any repair.

Please note that the US Repair Center is only authorized to conduct repair services for orders placed in the United States.
