LAMY studio royalred – Classic Design with a Royal Touch

Heidelberg, July 2012. Elegant royal red meets distinctive form: The special edition LAMY studio royalred unites timeless design with graceful finesse. Whether fountain pen, ballpoint pen or rollerball pen – the LAMY studio royalred captivates with its unique character and is at the same time an expression of lifestyle. It is as individual as its owner.

Four separate layers of coloured and matt varnish with a special interlayered glaze as well as individually finished surfaces lend the writing instrument a unique shine. The contrast of intense colour and polished chrome creates dynamic interplay. And the LAMY studio royalred really catches the eye with its gently twisted “propeller clip” which subtly stands out from the rest of the body. Thus Swiss designer Hannes Wettstein eludes to modern sculpture and has used this elegant detail to shape a work of designer art which is also perfect for daily use.

The LAMY studio royalred is available as a fountain pen with a steel nib or partially platinized 14-carat bicolour gold nib, as a ballpoint pen and as a rollerball pen at stationery dealers and in specialized departments of select stores.

The LAMY studio royalred is one hundred per cent “Made in Germany” – as are all Lamy products from Heidelberg.
