LAMY econ
The new LAMY econ made of silky, brushed stainless steel makes an impression with its stringently discreet shape as well as the original design details. The design follows a strictly functional approach that works without the need for super- fluous embellishments. This is underlined by the clear shapes that give the LAMY econ its appearance: the taper (front part), cylinder (housing and trigger) and a metal strip (clip).
A particularly distinctive eye-catcher is the curved clip and the innovative grip zone that is reduced down to a minimum. These details reflect Lamy's creativity and spirit of innovation. The ergonomic design is a sure guarantee that several pages of text can be easily handwritten.
The LAMY econ was developed in cooperation with the renowned EOOS design office in Vienna. Gernot Bohmann, Harald Gründl and Martin Bergmann create innovative and multi award-winning design solutions.
The new LAMY econ is available as of june 2011.
